Support PathIcon generation

In Windows Phone 8.1 / Windows 8.1 there is a new PathIcon class that lets you define an icon as path data. It would be good if MetroStudio could generate the XAML required for this as the current XAML generation doesn't generate it at the correct size needed for PathIcon.
