Unexpected/Inconsistent behavior when focusing/selecting the combo box.

The dropdown appears to function correctly when it has 39 or fewer items. However, when the dropdown contains more than 39 items, the following inconsistent behavior occurs:

• First Click: The dropdown opens correctly, allowing the user to make a selection.
• Subsequent Clicks: After the initial selection, clicking on the combo box does not consistently reopen the dropdown. Sometimes it might open, sometimes it might not. This makes it difficult for the user to change their selection.
