Pie Chart showing only one color and no legend on the phone

Question only if you'd know this already as it is not really Syncfusion specific. 

I create MS-PowerPoint presentation using Syncfusion, and I just implemented a pie chart. It works perfectly and looks as I want when I look on the computer.

However, looking on the phone, it has only one color and no names on the legend. It's the same if I create a new default powerpoint document, and create a default chart (on my desktop and not using Syncfusion). 

Would you know why it happens and in case you do, is there anything I can do to make it work?

PS. I use a bar chart already and it works without issues

The rendering behavior of a PowerPoint file varies from viewer to viewer, and also depending on the platform. It is entirely dependent on the specific behavior of the viewer.

Based on the provided details, the same problem occurs even when the file is created using Microsoft PowerPoint. Therefore, we suspect this issue is related to the corresponding viewer.

You can raise this query in the relevant viewer's portal and follow up to obtain a solution for the problem.

This issue is not related to the Syncfusion PowerPoint Library.
