Bookmarks not linking to correct location in the report

Upon further analysis, we discovered that the BookmarkStart of four bookmarks are positioned at the same location. This is why the bookmarks do not move when clicked in the exported PDF. In Microsoft word itself, it shows in same page without moving. Kindly refer to the attached video demonstrating how the bookmarks appear in Microsoft Word.
