After reviewing your query, we noticed an issue with defining frozen columns and aggregates in the Syncfusion Grid. We created a sample based on your provided code but could not replicate the issue. We recommend upgrading to the latest Syncfusion package version, 26.2.4, as enhancements have been made to the frozen and resizing features. Please refer to the below sample and screenshot created based on the shared code example with updated Syncfusion packager version where the Grid is rendered properly without any script issues.
