I found issue in mobile devices

We have implemented PdfViewerComponent from @syncfusion/ej2-react-pdfviewer.

I found an issue in mobile devices specially when bottom navigation buttons are enabled with my phone. You can see this is issue.png I have attached.
So, The issue is create and cancel buttons at button and close icon at top is being cut somehow in some devices and scroll is also missing. This stops user to submit or cancel, They are stuck and can't do anything. Not replicated with inspect window.
This only happens when I zoom document (FYI, not zooming whole window, document in PDF viewer)

Is there anything we can do from our side?

Additionally, could you confirm whether you are using a standalone PDF viewer or a server-backed PDF viewer? This will assist us in analyzing the request flow and providing more precise support.

We are storing files on AWS S3, and URL is generated by our node.js backend

And I have attached video recording this time. You can see first time when I try to create signature I have clear, cancel and submit buttons.  But If I zoom in or even out PDF those button are not showing, and scroll bar is also not there. I have no option but reload the page. Hope this helps.

We were unable to replicate the reported issue. Below is a sample we have provided for reference. Kindly share a modified sample or the one where the issue can be reproduced. We would also appreciate the version details of the EJ2 PDF Viewer library used on both the client and server side. This will assist us in analyzing the request flow and providing more precise support.
