Is it possible to create a Word view that uses a custom toolbar instead of the existing Ribbon in Syncfusion?

I noticed that there is an existing Ribbon workspace in Word, which is great, but our design is different.

In our Word, there is a toolbar. Is it possible to replace the Ribbon workspace with a toolbar, but still need some of the editing features you show (such as bold, alignment, etc.) Is this possible?
