Stock chart issue |
We have
confirmed that the reported issue with “Stock chart is renderer
improperly while category axis type is date time in Presentation to PDF
conversion” is a defect and we have logged a
defect report. We will include the fix for this defect in our weekly NuGet
release, which is estimated to be available on 28th May 2024. |
Waterfall chart issue |
We don't have support for waterfall chart in PPTX to PDF conversion in .NET Standard. We have added the details under notes section in supported chart types page. Also, we don't have any plans to implement this feature. |
Mohamed, as promised earlier, we have included the fix for
the reported issue with “Stock chart is renderer improperly while category
axis type is date time in Presentation to PDF conversion” in our latest
weekly NuGet release (v25.2.6).
Root cause of the issue:
According to the behavior of Microsoft Presentation, blank cells are included
in the data range for the stock chart, and the category axis type is set as
date time. However, empty points are not considered in this process.
OfficeChart doesn't currently handle this behavior, which causes the stock
chart to render improperly during PDF conversion.
