Hello,
When I click the checkbox in the form, the "check" is quite small and could be difficult for the user to tell its checked. Can I make the 'check' more pronounced/larger? Or even modify the symbol used to mark a checkboxed as 'checked'? I think an 'X' would be more obvious for the user. I would like for the check to fill the box from edge to edge. This is what is looks like:
My second issue, there are some checkboxes where the form has a group of checkboxes and if you check 1 of them then it checks all of them when it shouldn't. So for example, I checked "Corporation" in this screenshot, and it automatically checked all of the checkboxes within this group:
The symbols also do not match between each checkbox. Some use a 'check, others use a 'carrot'.

Currently, there is no support to increase the checkbox tick mark size. We have already logged this as a feature request as "Increase the checkbox tick mark size with form designer module". We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases due to the various features and improvements are planned in our roadmap and let you know once this feature is implemented. You can track the status using the below feedback link.

Looping back to the 2nd issue I shared, why would checking one checkbox cause others to get checked as well? Its not like that across the entire form. There are multiple pages with sections of checkboxes, and they do not all act this way. I have attached the file.
Hi Joshua,
We have tested the
provided document in the MVC sample, and it correctly checks the Corporation
checkbox alone when clicking the checkbox. We have also provided a sample and
video recording demonstrating this behavior.
Video: https://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/support/directtrac/general/ze/ChecboxVideo-1293611820.zip
Please test the sample on your end and inform us if you encounter any concerns. If you have identified any problems, kindly provide a modified sample, relevant code snippets, and a video recording demonstrating the reported issue. These details will assist us in further analysis and providing appropriate assistance.
Hello,
My apoligies. I just realized I shared the wrong version of the PDF. So sorry about that!!
I have attached the correct version.
I tested this file in the sample shared and the issue is present, so Im thinking you will be able to replicate it now.

Hi Joshua,
In the provided
document, few checkboxes are there with the same name. As per the current
behavior, when selecting a single checkbox, all checkboxes with the same name
are selected. To address this issue, we need to modify the existing behavior.
Therefore, we consider this a feature request.
We plan to implement this feature in one of our upcoming releases. However, we cannot provide an exact timeline for its implementation. You can track the status of this feature using the provided feedback link.
