Tables - select entire row and column

It would be great to be able to select entire row or column, or perhaps multiple cells, to be able to change the font size, colour, background, etc. to entire row(s) or column(s) respectively. 

I find even dragging across cells is hit an miss on selecting all the text across cells.

• Are you want to select the entire row or column to apply font or background colors to the entire row or column using table quick toolbar?
• Please share any image or video illustration of your requirement.
