Licence that I can claim

Hi, 

can you explain to me why I've got access to 23.2.7 release a few days ago, and now I can't acces to the licence for this version? It is stuck to 23.1.44 version on my dashboard claim licence page.

I've migrated all the project to dotnet 8.0 and Syncfusion MAUI8.0. Do I have to go back ?

Effective from November 7th, 2023, we have included new eligibility criteria for a community license usage to access latest version. So your account might got restriction to get latest release version and prompted with revalidation request. 

 

We have checked your account and found you have already submitted revalidation form and your revalidation request also got approved. So we hope that you got all access again for our latest version. Still if you are facing problem please let us know.
