We were able to reproduce the reported issue "Calibrate distance annotations flip when downloading the document and opening it in the other viewers". We have shared the video recording for this. Could you please check the video and let us know if this aligns with the issue you are facing.

We have logged this as defect as "Calibrate distance annotations flip when downloading the document and opening it in the other viewers" and the fix for the issue will be available in our upcoming weekly NuGet release on January 03, 2024. We have fixed the reported issue "Calibrate distance annotations flip when downloading the document and opening it in the other viewers" and the fix for the reported issue was included in our latest weekly release v24.1.44. Kindly upgrade to that version to get the issue resolved.
