Opening an existing report to wwwroot folder

Hi , i am building an angular application that exports a list of student i've already handled that via Report Viewer but what i need is to give the user the capability to edit the existing report template inside the wwwroot folder so how is that possible if the application is deployed online ? is there a way to access the wwwroot folder in the Report Designer after deploying the application ?
