Jumpy scrolling with trackpad when page size exceeds viewport

I am encountering an issue where trackpad scrolling is acting "jumpy" on larger diagrams where the page size exceeds the viewport. In Firefox and Safari, the problem only occurs whiled zoomed in. However it always seems to happen in Chrome. Scrolling using the scrollbars works as expected. I am running macOS if that is relevant.

To reproduce:

2. Click Create Node
3. Attempt to scroll with the trackpad

We have already logged a bug for the scroll bar flickering issue. We will fix the bug and include it in our upcoming volume 2 release which is scheduled to release on the month of June, 2023.

Hi Vivisa,

I just gave the 22.1.36 release a try. The issue is improved in this these but not completely fixed. Mainly, it now behaves properly in Firefox and in Chrome/Safari only at 100% zoom. In other words if you zoom with Chrome/Safari it still exhibits the jumpy behavior. I attached two screen recordings showing the behavior in Chrome at 100% and 125% zoom levels. In both of these recordings I am using my trackpad to scroll to the right.
