Use autoscheduler without gantt

Hi,

in our projekt we have a gantt where the users can manage and schedule their tasks. Each task has a start and end date and is dependent on another task or has a dependency to another task. We also have a kanban board and we want our users to also change the start or end date of the tasks on the kanban board. Problem: the auto scheduler of the gantt does not get triggerd and so the dependent tasks were not updated. Is there any possibility to use the autoscheduler of the gantt on other sites where no gantt is visible? Sure one solution could be to have a hidden gantt behind the kanban but I think it should be possible to only use the autoschedule function without the need of a gantt component.

Hi Daniel,

We wanted to let you know that it is not possible to use the autoSchedule function without the Gantt Component. The autoSchedule function is dependent on the Gantt and cannot be used without it. Also, it is not possible to cover all cases with a workaround solution. However, as a possible solution, you could consider having a hidden Gantt Chart in order to use the autoSchedule function.
