Is it possible to use Blazor components in Acrobat Xd?

I'm looking for a design tool for creating Blazor Hybrid application.

So I wonder if Syncfusion Blazor components can be used in Acrobat Xd.

The idea behind the question was to design a web page or desktop app in Adobe XD using Syncfusion components and then generate automatically the Blazor code.

But after some research I think this is not possible.
