Change the portal admin

Hi, 

how can I change who is the portal admin for my account?  I see no ability to change that.  I am no longer involved on the project and would like to transfer the ownership to somebody else in our company.

Hi Marco,


We checked your account and found that you are an admin in the  portal. We don't have any UI support for transferring admin access from one user to another. So, Please provide us the email address to be changed. We will change the portal admin from our side.

As per your request, we have changed portal the admin and Licenses available under the  portal has been transferred
from your account (marco.buenter@leister.com) to kevin.kirchgessner@leister.com.
