Sorry product is not usable

Sorry to tell you but the product I basic non-usable.
Followed all the instructions for EJ2.

1. the documentation is totally unclear, your documentation talks about the version 16.3.0.17
2. When you finally get all the files in the path you are hit with a license error, despite the fact that the product is licensed 
3. Your demos online are incomplete - are different than  Getting started with JavaScript (ES5) Maps control - Syncfusion. and none of them are working.
   Sorry I tried for PHP for ASP ... and for JS , practical not usable .
   Time lost

Sorry I tried for PHP for ASP ... and for JS , practical not usable.	Can you please let us know that whether the EJ1 or EJ2 control is used in the PHP application? However, we will check the documentation for ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and JS.
