border and red line colors when dropdown open

I'm trying to find the css that controls the color of the dropdown list when you open it to make a selection.

 Currently when I do I get a blue line on the left , top and right side and a red line on the bottom around the dropdown box itself. We would like to control these colors. How can we achieve this?
