Tab not updating tab items based on v-for and array when using Vue3

When using Vue 3 and the Tab component that using array of data to create tabs, there is no affect when the array is changing.

The same approach is working fine when we are using Vue v2.

Demo with Vue 3 is attached.

Can you help me please, what should i change to make it work?
