if the map can be positioned by the detailed address ?

Now the map can be positioned by latitude and longitude. 

I would like to ask if the map can be positioned by the detailed address, because the customer will only fill in the detailed address and will not enter latitude and longitude.

Or how can I get latitude and longitude from the detailed address?

We do not have support for positioning the Maps component based on the provided address/string. However, we can achieve your requirement using a workaround. We need to create an array with locations and address string as object. When we search an address, we can match the provided address string with the address string in the objects of the array. With the matched string, we can get the location in that object and use it for positioning the map. However, we have created a simple application to demonstrate the same and it can be downloaded from the following link.

In the above sample, we have render OSM map with one text box and a button. We have created an array of objects with the “name” field as address string. When we enter the address in the text box same like in the “name” field of the array of objects, a marker will added to the specified location and the Maps will be positioned to that location.
