Lack of smooth zoom/pan in OSM(Open Street Map) type map

Hello. I've noticed both in my app and on the examples in your website that on OSM layer type the transitions are kinda choppy. I will provide a screen capture to give you a better idea of what I mean. Can it be done smooth by any means like for example in the second screen capture I attached ( from a different third party using OSM though)?

At present, we do not support smooth transition in zooming and panning of the tile maps in the Maps control. We have considered this as an improvement and added it to our features request link.
