Update cell value

How I can update cell value using php code after import xlsx template 

the new value may be a string or an equation ?

Hi  Sangeetha :)

I do this functions and this update the cell values but not change the values where generated by excel functions .

example :

cell A1 is 5

cell A2 is =A1

when update A1 value the A2 while not updated !!
