Doesn't draw the shapeData well

Hello,

I'am working with mapcomponent, I want to draw a shapeData of the neighborhoods of Madrid, but I have the following problem, the shapeData appears displaced from its well position

But when we move the map doing click and drag the map the shapeData is positioned correctly.

If we make zoom in the maps the shapeData is repositioned incorrectly again and must do click and drag over the map to repositioned the shapeData well.

I attach a little project to see this problem.

Can you help me, please?

We are able to reproduce the reported issue. We will include the fix for the reported issue in our weekly NuGet release which is expected to be available by the mid of October 2020.
