Button on click won't work if there is a rich text editor in the page

I tried to create a test page with only the rich text editor and a submit button in it. The submit button on click function in the code behind is just to redirect to the default page. However, it does not redirect to the default page and the page just went white blank (refer to issue.rar).

I have tried removing the rich text editor and the submit button on click function works fine. I hope to receive feedback as soon as possible. Thank you

We have validated your reported problem in ASP.NET application with RTE control. We were unable to reproduce your reported problem in our end, when clicking the submit button it will redirect to assigned url page. We have prepared sample to meet your requirement, in this sample when click the button in the default page it will redirect to about page.
