Null Reference Exception when both SFDatagrid and TreeViewAdv are used

Hi,

I have been using SFDataGrid in my project and it was working perfectly fine.Then I added Syncfusion.Tools.WPF in order to use TreeViewAdv.The XAML which has treeview works fine but the SFDatagrid keeps throwing unhandled null reference exception now.Has anyone faced this issue?

Thank you for using Syncfusion controls. 

We have analyzed your provided stacktrace and we have tried to replicate the issue with the sample using SfDataGrid and TreeViewAdv,  but the issue is not reproduced on our end. So could you please share the below details, which will help us find a better solution for this? 

1. Did you load the GridTemplateColumn in SfDataGrid?
2. Did you use the CardView control in your application?
3. Could you please share the SfDataGrid and TreeViewAdv settings?
