Persistence Causing errors for users

Hi, one of my teams applications uses Persistence on the grid, however the application is like a ticketing system, with screens for each status "Pending, Assigned, Closed", thus meaning that Records can be changed between the three pages. 

Users are informing that when they go onto "Pending Tickets", the grid freezes when loading. 

Is there something that can be done with regards to persistence to prevent users facing this issue. 

The Version of Syncfusion used on the application  is 15.4.0.17

We have checked your query and we need some more additional information to find the cause of the issue. Please share us the following details. 

1. Complete Grid code example(client and server side).
2. Records can be changed between the three pages(Have you placed three status of records inside Tab).
3. How you have navigate over these pages.
4. Screenshot/Video Demo to replicate the issue.
5. Script Error if any on the console window.
