reorder list with drag and drop with icon

i need reorder list with drag and drop with icon

on clicking the icon i should drag the selected list and reorder it.

We would like to let you know that currently we have not provided Drag and Drop support in ListView. However, we have provided this support in ListBox component. Please check the below demo link,
