sfMap control offlie

Hi, i am quite an experienced programmer but totally new with mapping! i want to write an application that displays a background map with data overlays, i want to use the sfMap control and OSM data but to work offline!

I can down load OSM data as a 'pbf' or 'bz2' files (whatever it means, i am a newbee ...) but if i create an ImageLater and define it to be OSM (LayerType="OSM") it does wonders and download data from OpenStreetMap site - i want it to read OSM compatible data from a file

Is it possible?

Thanks for using Syncfusion Products,

Query:loading OSM files - NOT shape file offline

As per our current implementation , we can load OSM files from online. We have logged feature request for "Support for accessing OSM data in Offline".And it can be tracked through our Feature Management System.These feature will be available in any of our upcoming release.
