Groupbutton control 3 questions

Dear Syncfusion!

I have a C# based site: www.recognitiongame.com.

I use a GroupButton to select the difficulty level of the game.

1. GroupButton has disabled elements. (For example: "Easy") 

Where can I set to this disabled controls "cursor:no-drop;" css style? In which css tag?

2. I have set GroupButtonMode=Radiobutton. When I click a selected item, the selection goes out and none of the buttons selected.

3. Default the text of the buttons set middle, but it's not in middle. 

But, when I click an other control ( for example: dropdownlist) the text of the buttons goes middle.
