DNS And Reserve DNS Validation is failed

1- when this error occurs(DNS Validation) what possible steps can we take in order to solve this error?

2-and if syncfusion big data agent service  is not able to be stopped in services.msc
i get the message
Windows Couldn't Stop The SyncFusion Big Data Agent Service On Local Computer
Error 1601 the service can't accept control messages at this time

what is the reason of big data agent service  unability to stop (all services in this node are stopped from cluster manager so no services depend on it)

3- what are windows server 2012 services that syncfusion depends on and must be running  in services.msc
