Validation tooltip

Hi,

There is a feature in SfDataGrid  that you can show a validation tool tip based on some range criterias. I am attaching a screenshot of the same feature. I am wondering how can achieve the same validation feature in SfNumericUpDown and SfNumericTextbox controls? I cant find any reference to it in the documentation.
