Numbered list problem

Hi,

I noticed that when I use mailmerge and/or merged to word files the numbered list doesn't have a nsid.

I use a microsoft tool (OpenXML powertools) that used this nsid to count the elements of the numbered list, but since there is no nsid on the numbered list it fails and crash.

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

 

DocIO serializes the essential information only which are needed for the word document. But MS Word serializes all of the properties. DocIO doesn’t handle unsupported elements where “nsid” coming under this category. Moreover we are unable to face the crashing issue while handling the numbered list.

 

Kindly update us the input document along with the sample project to reproduce issue at our end. Also provide us the detailed information about what you are doing with the tool OpenXML powertools. Thereby we can analyze further on this case and provide you the appropriate solution.
