Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation that effectively communicates complex information to our audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to produce documentation that meets industry standards and enhances the user experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop technical documentation including user manuals, guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and release notes.
Gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and functionalities.
Plan and outline documentation projects, considering the target audience, scope, and objectives of the documentation.

Create diagrams, charts, and visuals to accompany written content and enhance understanding of technical concepts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Manage version control and document updates, ensuring that documentation reflects the latest product features and changes.
Solicit and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation clarity and usability.

Eligibility
Academic Qualifications
Any Degree.
Minimum of 60% in all academics.
2018 to 2020 Graduates.
No gaps of any kind
Experience
2-5 years of experience is preferred. Freshers may also be considered.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Excellent written English skills.
Common sense approach to managing complexity.
Programming knowledge is a plus.
Should be a team player.
Should be able to multi-task.
Should be willing to understand and translate complex technical concepts.
