We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support, assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Assisting the HR department with tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and organizing employee engagement activities.

Eligibility
Academic Qualifications
Any degree (regular)
Graduates between 2021 and 2023 with a minimum of 60% in all academics.
HSC is mandatory.
No gaps of any kind.
Experience
0 – 1 year of experience in relevant field.
Skills Required
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Proficient in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
