Job Description
An Office Coordinator/Administrator is responsible for managing various administrative tasks and coordinating office operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency within an organization. This role typically involves supporting staff members, maintaining office systems and procedures, and handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Admins oversee the procurement and management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory. They maintain stock levels, coordinate orders, and liaise with vendors to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assisting team members with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents both in physical and electronic formats. Ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of information.
Assisting the HR department with tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Overseeing office supplies and inventory management, ensuring items are stocked and reordered, as necessary.
Handling various tasks related to office management, communication, record-keeping, and general administrative duties.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our administrative processes.
Assisting in business development by researching potential clients, partners, and markets
Supporting procurement processes, researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
Providing vital support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
