We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and enhance our brand’s online presence and drive sales through effective marketing campaigns. A digital marketer is a professional who specializes in implementing and managing digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands online. The role involves utilizing various digital channels and tools to reach and engage with a target audience, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately increase conversions and revenue. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing compelling content for successful campaigns. Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant advertising networks.
Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads, driving conversion and customer retention.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and manage content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other relevant content formats.
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and customer engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve ROI.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Eligibility
Academic Qualifications
Any degree (regular).
Graduates from 2020 to 2023.
Minimum of 65% in all academics.
HSC is mandatory.
Course certificate related to digital marketing is mandatory.
No gaps of any kind.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in relevant field.
Skills Required
A course certificate or previous experience related to digital marketing is mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of or experience in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and ad serving tools like DART or Atlas.
Knowledge of optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
Highly creative mindset with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging and effective digital campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
Up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of digital marketing.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques to improve website rankings and increase organic visibility.
Ability to set up and optimize Google AdWords campaigns for effective paid advertising.
