Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences for our digital products and services. UX design is a multidisciplinary field that focuses on enhancing the interaction between users and various products and services, including websites, applications, and everyday devices. It encompasses elements of psychology, market research, business strategy, design principles, and technology. To ensure a positive user experience, UX designers carefully consider factors such as user preferences, needs, and behaviors. They employ user-centered design methodologies and techniques to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet user expectations and business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities
Working as part of a product team, UX designers serve as the bridge between users, development teams, and key stakeholders.
Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable design recommendations.
Develop clear and logical information architecture, site maps, and navigation structures that ensure easy access to content and smooth user journeys.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interface mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
Design intuitive and seamless user interactions through thoughtful interaction flows, micro interactions, and user interface animations.
Collaborate closely with visual designers to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user interface that aligns with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.
Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, align on design goals, and ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
Apply accessibility and usability standards to create inclusive designs that cater to users with diverse needs and ensure a seamless experience for all users.
Create and maintain UX documentation, including user personas, user flows, and design specifications, to ensure clear communication and documentation of design decisions.
Stay updated with the latest UX design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the UX design team.

Eligibility
Academic Qualifications
Any Graduation (Preferably a degree in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, User-centered Design, or related field).
2022 and 2023 graduates with a minimum of 60% in all academics.
HSC is mandatory.
No gaps of any kind.
Portfolio link is mandatory.
Experience
0 – 1 year of experience in relevant field.
Skills Required
A course certificate or previous experience related to UI designing is mandatory.
Proficiency in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and design concepts visually, using tools such as sketching, storyboarding, or visual presentations.
Basic understanding of UX writing principles to create clear, concise, and user-friendly interface copy.
Familiarity with visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout, to create visually appealing and engaging interfaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address design challenges and to make data-driven decisions based on user research and usability testing results.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
