In September, Syncfusion released a major update for the Dashboard and Data Integration Platforms. This blog post will touch on the highlights of the release, so for those interested in all the details, please see the Dashboard and Data Integration What’s New pages.
Using the new server explorer.
First, this release includes the seamless integration of the Dashboard Platform with the Data Integration Platform. In Dashboard, users can now access their workflows in the Data Integration Server with the new server explorer and publish data-source details to their dashboards.
The Dashboard Platform release also provides support for dynamic parameters. Using the dashboard viewer, users can create and dynamically change query parameters, use them in expressions, or map them for user-based filters.

Other new features for Dashboard that users will enjoy are:
· Advanced sorting options for the Dashboard Designer.
· A common ODBC connection (ANSI SQL).
· A waterfall chart widget.
· A widget for radar and polar charts.
User-friendly design, collapsed and expanded.
The September release gives the Data Integration Platform support for monitoring tasks, allowing disk and JVM memory to be monitored, as well as a new, user-friendly design for processors, process groups, and ports. Views can now be expanded or collapsed at the user’s convenience. Configuration files can also now be viewed or modified by restarting an application.
