Our primary focus at Syncfusion is to make developers’ lives easier by providing a wide variety of amazing custom controls and tools that will help them every day. One of our most popular, but relatively new, control suites is for the Flutter platform.

We’re launching this Flutter Challenge as a fun way to show you how easy it is to add our Flutter widgets to your projects. You can complete the challenge by following the steps listed here.

You will:

  • Install Flutter.
  • Integrate a Syncfusion Flutter Chart in your project.
  • Submit your Flutter project through this Google Form.
By the end of this Flutter Challenge, you will have learned how to integrate the Syncfusion Flutter Chart widget into a web application, and by extension, how to integrate any Syncfusion Flutter widget into your web apps, dashboards, or anywhere else you need impressive, easy-to-use data visualizations.

HI,
I have a syncfusion licence and am lookign to start either Xamarin or Flutter for a porject,

unofrtunalty checking the flutter page of controls on SF and comparing to Xamarin, I could see that flutter only supports a very small (TINY) amount of controls in comnparrison to Xamarin.

Could you please give an update on the situation regarding this

thanxs

@ Walter Grimm

Hi Walter,

This is just the beginning of our adventure in Flutter. We will definitely add more new widgets each release. Could you please log your new widget’s request in our feedback portal?

You can explore the new widget and the enhancements that will be available with our 2020 Volume 2 release, which is expected to be available shortly in the following blog.

Thanks,
Arun

Hello Arun,
I have completed the challenge and was trying to upload the compressed project. It looks like the upload limit size is only 10mb, however the compressed zip file size is around 320 MB.
Can you please suggest how to proceed ahead?

Regards,
TheMSGuy

@ Mehul Bhadricha

Hi Mehul,

We suspect you were trying to upload the project with build folder and other dynamically created folder and files, thus the memory of the project got increased. We would like to let you know that, the content of the following folders and files are just enough to be uploaded.

android(folder)
ios(folder)
web(folder)
lib(folder)
pubspec.yaml(file)
README.md(file)
projectname.iml(file)

With just the above things, we can run the project and this will be within 10MB. So, if you have other than above things, you can delete those.

Regards,
Arun
