Do You Have Any Suggestions Syncfusion Loves to Hear from You

Feedback and suggestions are essential for any fast-paced, growing organization. At Syncfusion, we are committed to getting feedback and valuable suggestions to improve our products.

How to give us feedback

Syncfusion has a dedicated DirectTrac support system to address your feedback, suggestions, and notifications of defects where your questions will be answered within 24 hours. Questions posted here will remain private and only our developers will have access to them.

We have a support forum where you can search for questions related to our products. You can also initiate a new discussion topic. The forum is public, so both Syncfusion developers and developers around the world can answer your questions.

Syncfusion also has a feedback portal where you can suggest new features, report bugs, and share general feedback to help shape the future of our products.

Now you can help improve our documentation!

In addition to these support and feedback systems, you can now provide your suggestions to improve our user guide documentation. There is an “Improve this article” section in the top-right corner of all our Essential Studio® user guide document pages.

On clicking this, you’ll be redirected to a corresponding file in our GitHub repository. You can fork that repository and make changes in that page. Then, create a pull request with your questions, suggestions, or improvements. We will validate the pull request and publish it in our user guide site.

Here is the list of user guide documents for Essential Studio® products.
