Scrolling not working in iPhone

Scrolling was not working for pdf in Syncfusion PDF Viewer when scrolled by touching on the pdf area. The scrolling works if we scroll by touching on the page number bubble on the right side. Also, it will work fine once the pdf is downloaded with the download option.

I have tested the same on the PDF Viewer demo here (https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/pdfviewer/default.html) and the same issue exists. I was unable to scroll the pdf on iPhone when I tried to scroll normally by touching and dragging the pdf area. The scrolling worked when touched and dragged the page number bubble.

How can we fix this and make the scrolling work on iPhone without any issue?

We are unable to reproduce the reported issue “Scrolling was not working for pdf in Syncfusion PDF Viewer when scrolled by touching on the pdf area” with the provided demo link.  Can you please share us more details about your issue, replication procedure, PDF document and Mobile configuration in which you are facing the issue. These details will be helpful for us to investigate further and assist you better.

Procedure to replicate

1. Open the URL: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/#/material/pdfviewer/default.html in iPhone X, safari browser.
2. When the page is loaded, and the first page of pdf is displayed in the pdf viewer, touch the middle of the page document and slide finger up.
3. The pdf will not scroll up and we will not be able to view the other pages of pdf.
4. If we touch on the page number bubble in the bottom of and slide up, the pdf will scroll.

PDF document - The same pdf viewer int the Syncfusion demo, mentioned.

Mobile configuration - iPhone XR, Software version 12.3

Hi Frédéric, 

We have fixed similar issues in our latest version, so can you please try with our latest version 18.3.0.50 to get the issue resolved and revert us with more details about your issue , PDF document and the replication procedure, if you still have concerns. These details will be helpful for us to investigate further and assist you better.
