1) Please open the create incident page by logging into your Direct-trac account.
2) Please select the project name, platform name, control name, product version and other details for the product which you want to create the incident.
3) Please enter the subject and message of your query.
4) Upload the file if it is necessary for your requirement.
5) Click on the "Create Incident" button.
