errors with ThemeHelper and SampleBaseComponent with sample map

However, I get errors with ThemeHelper and SampleBaseComponent

How can I resolve this error?

The code available in the source tab of our online Blazor demo includes code that supports theme switching (ThemeHelper class) and sample rendering (SampleBaseComponent class). These codes are not required to run the Blazor Maps component because they are only included to showcase the samples in Blazor Sample Browser.

Meanwhile, for your convenience, we have created a simple sample with the Blazor Maps component, which can be downloaded from the link below.
