GDBG sorted

Can someone please help me with programtically finding out if GDBG is sorted in ascending or descending order.

One way you can do this is to get the associated DataView and check its Sort property.

CurrencyManager cm = grid.BindingContext[grid.DataSource, grid.DataMember] as CurrencyManager;
DataView dv = cm.List as DataView;
//check the value of dv.Sort to see the column sorted and the order
