Create a transparent Ribbon Tab background

I currently have a Ribbon hosted on a form that has a Mica background. Using the Windows11Light theme, the control renders correctly with the exception of the RibbonTab backgrounds (for example, the color behind File, Home, etc.). These continue to show up in a light gray color. How can I control the background and hover colors for these at runtime? 

I have attached a screenshot showing the background of the tab items.

You can achieve your requirement by overriding the template of the TabButton. Please refer to the attached sample for your reference.
