Facing problem with PDF Viewer Zoom beyond the 100%

Hi,

We are fetching Base64 Content  to the PDF Viewer.
It is properly loading with merge fields with Zoom 100%.

Once we increase the Zoom more than 100%,  page content is freezing while loading
and unable to perform any operation in that document.

Can you please provide solution to this.

Regards,
Subramanyam G

Hi,

Getting below issue when selecting the Zoom option(400 %),
Using Base64Content to load the document.

is there any way to customize that Zoom options to hide the (400 %) Zoom option or any other alternate way to solve this one.

Can you help me out to solve this.

Hi Ravish,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We are unable to reproduce the reported issue with the provide details. Please find the below screenshot for reference. We have also created sample for the same and shared in the below link,

Kindly run the web service project first and then Angular. Also ensure to use both client and server side of same version.

Please refer to the below link to create PDF Viewer Web Service project,

We do not have support to customize that Zoom options available in the PDF Viewer default toolbar. However you can create your own custom toolbar with the required zoom percentage using zoomTo() API

Please try it and revert us with more details and the modified sample if you are still facing the issue. These details will be helpful for us to investigate further and assist you better.

Akshaya
