How to send data from grid dialog template to controller save action

I'm trying to save data from grid diaglog template. Dialog template come up with a add partial view which contains a dropdown and text box. But when i click to save button there is no action for sending data to controller. Dropdown is filled using treeview because user should able to select parent category.
