sfImageeditor has white border on the right and bottom of output image. since 16.3

sfImageeditor has white border on the right and bottom of output image.
this happened since16.3.x upward
16.2.x don't have this problem

Step to reproduce
-create an android project with sfimageeditor
-load an image into sfimageeditor
-hit save
-output image has white border on the right and the bottom

Here is an example of original and output image.

Greetings from Syncfusion, we have analyzed the reported issue and we are able to reproduce the reported issue at our end, we have logged a defect report on this and we will include the fix for the issue in our 2018 volume 4 release which will be released in the mid of December 2018.
