Sluggish behavior on drag-drop and selecting appointments in firefox

Hi,
I have made an appointment module by using schedule view as like (http://js.syncfusion.com/demos/web/dashboard/hospitalmanagement/default.html). It works reasonably well in chrome and IE but significantly sluggish in firefox(I am using firefox verion 55.0.3 (32-bit) and also tried in two different versions). When I move the mouse pointer over the schedule viewport it slows down the browser, even i can not select the appointments on first attempt, i have to click two- three times to select an appointment.
I am using the "vertical" orientation of sfschedule. Event the demo provided (http://js.syncfusion.com/demos/web/dashboard/hospitalmanagement/default.html) has the same slow down issue but it runs smoothly in chrome and IE.

Need an advise what should be done.

Thanks is advance,
Sukanta Dey Amit

Hi Sukanta,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We request you to ensure the same scenario by disabling the tooltip in appointment planner sample and if the issue persist kindly revert us to proceed further.

Hi Sukanta,

Thanks for being patience.

Currently Tooltip performance is slow in Mozilla compare to other browsers. We have checked with the concern team (Tooltip) and they will consider your valid requirement as an improvement, since it requires more code changes and needs to ensure more number of possible cases, it will be considered and implemented in our upcoming Volume 1 2018 release.

We appreciate your valuable patience until then.

Karthigeyan
